What you get with Pro
Pro is the paid tier of Dripp. Subscribing gives you:
- Unlimited AI edits — background clean-up, garment recolor, detail enhance, magic erase, and every AI vibe we ship.
- Watermark-free, full-resolution exports for every platform (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Depop, Vinted, anywhere).
- Save looks as recipes and re-apply them to any photo with one tap.
- Early access to new vibes, outfit-swap presets, and seasonal packs as they ship.
The Free tier remains free and is not on a time-limited trial. It includes the editor, manual adjustments, basic filters, a starter pack of AI edits, and watermarked exports — usable indefinitely without ever entering payment details.
Pricing and trial
- Plan
- Dripp Pro
- Monthly
- $7.99 / month (auto-renewing)
- Annual
- $49 / year (auto-renewing) — ~49% off the monthly equivalent
- Trial
- 7 days free for new subscribers, on either plan, one per Apple ID
- Notes
- Prices shown are base US prices. Apple sets equivalent pricing in other regions and shows your local price before you confirm the purchase.
Prices on this page are listed in US dollars as the reference price. In every other App Store storefront, Apple sets the equivalent local price based on its pricing matrix; the App Store will always show you the exact amount in your local currency before you confirm.
How billing works
Dripp Pro is sold as an Apple In-App Purchase. All charges are processed by Apple against the payment method on file for your Apple ID. Dripp Labs S.R.L. never sees or stores your card number — we only see the entitlement record forwarded to us by Apple via RevenueCat (the subscription-management vendor we use to verify receipts and grant Pro access on the device).
Billing happens at one of two moments:
- If you start a 7-day free trial: your Apple ID is charged at the end of the trial period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- If you subscribe without a trial: your Apple ID is charged immediately at confirmation.
After the first paid period, the subscription auto-renews for the same period (monthly or annual) at the then-current local App Store price, charged within 24 hours of the renewal date. Renewals continue until you cancel.
Cancelling
Cancellation is handled by Apple, not by Dripp. To cancel:
- On iOS — open Settings → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Dripp → Cancel Subscription.
- Alternatively — open the App Store app → tap your profile picture (top right) → Subscriptions → Dripp → Cancel Subscription.
After you cancel, Pro features remain active until the end of the period you've already paid for. The subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
Trial eligibility
Apple grants exactly one free trial per Apple ID per subscription product. If you have previously taken the 7-day Dripp Pro trial — on either the monthly or the annual plan — you are not eligible for another trial on the same product, even if you cancel and re-subscribe later.
If you cancel during the trial, Apple's standard behaviour applies: access to Pro is removed immediately, not at the end of the trial window. Dripp does not control this revocation timing — Apple does — and we cannot extend trial access after the cancel signal is received from the App Store.
Refunds
Because Pro is sold through Apple's In-App Purchase system, all payments are processed by Apple and refunds are issued only by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com (or open Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History → Report a Problem), select the Dripp charge, and follow Apple's flow. Apple decides eligibility against its own policy.
Apple cancels, Apple refunds. Dripp can't reach into your Apple ID — only Apple can.
If Apple grants a refund, Apple notifies us via the App Store Server Notifications channel and we revoke your Pro entitlement immediately. Your saved recipes, edits, and Free-tier access are not affected by the refund.
Family Sharing
Dripp Pro is Family Sharing-eligible. When the organiser of an Apple Family group has Pro and Family Sharing is enabled for subscriptions, every member of the group receives an independent Pro entitlement on their own Apple ID — at no additional cost.
The 7-day free trial rule still applies per Apple ID per product: only one trial is available per family per Dripp subscription product. If a family member has already used the Dripp trial under a different Apple ID, they will not get a second trial through the family share.
Family Sharing can be turned off by the organiser at any time in iOS Settings. When Family Sharing for Dripp is disabled, shared entitlements are removed within Apple's usual propagation window.
Price changes
Dripp may adjust the price of Pro from time to time. Any price change applies only to renewals after the change takes effect — your current paid period is honoured at the price you agreed to when you subscribed.
Apple notifies subscribers in advance of price changes (typically by email and in-app prompt). Depending on the type and size of the change and your jurisdiction, Apple may require you to actively re-consent to the new price before the next renewal. If you don't consent, your subscription will not renew and Pro will end at the conclusion of the current period.
Promotions, win-back, intro offers
From time to time we may offer introductory pricing, promotional offers, or win-back offers via Apple's StoreKit system — for example, a discounted first month, a longer free trial for new users, or a comeback discount for previous subscribers. These offers always run through Apple's official subscription-offer mechanism.
Apple's standard rules apply: an Apple ID is eligible for one promotional offer per subscription product, and eligibility is determined by Apple based on the subscriber's history (new subscriber, lapsed subscriber, etc.). Dripp cannot manually grant a promo to an Apple ID that Apple has marked as ineligible.
What happens when you cancel or refund
When you cancel a subscription, Pro features remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, then revert to the Free tier automatically.
When Apple grants a refund, Pro features stop the moment Apple notifies us — which can be a few minutes to a few hours after the refund is approved.
In both cases, your account, your saved recipes, your previous edits, and your Free-tier access remain intact. We do not delete your content because your subscription ended.
For tax and accounting purposes we retain subscription billing records (invoice number, Apple-side transaction identifier, amount, date) for the period required by the laws applicable to Dripp Labs S.R.L. — typically 10 years under Romanian accounting and tax law. Those records do not include card or full Apple ID data; they reference Apple's transaction IDs.
EU 14-day right of withdrawal
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and its national implementations, consumers in the European Union generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Dripp Pro is purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase, Apple's Media Services Terms incorporate this right where it applies, and Apple is the counterparty that processes any withdrawal request.
Important: under EU consumer law on digital content, the right of withdrawal can be waived once you give express prior consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal as a result. Using Pro features inside the 7-day free trial typically constitutes such consent. Apple's terms govern this mechanism — to request withdrawal, contact Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com.
Web purchases — not currently offered
Dripp Pro is currently available for purchase only through Apple's In-App Purchase inside the Dripp iOS app. The /pricing page on trydripp.com is informational — it describes the plans and links you to the App Store, but it does not process payments or grant entitlements.
If web checkout becomes available in the future (for example, an Android or web-app entitlement flow), the policy for those purchases will be added here and will name the payment processor and applicable consumer-protection regime explicitly.
Trouble?
The most common issue we see is an entitlement mismatch: you successfully completed an Apple purchase, but the app still shows Free. This usually resolves with a manual restore in the app, but if it doesn't, email help@trydripp.com.
To investigate quickly we need:
- Your Apple-generated
originalTransactionIdfor the Dripp purchase. You can find this in your App Store purchase email receipt or in Apple's purchase history. - The email address tied to your Dripp account (if you signed in), or the device's Dripp anonymous ID from Settings → About → Diagnostic ID.
- A short description of what you bought (monthly / annual, with or without trial) and what the app currently shows.
What we don't see and cannot help with: your card number, your full Apple ID, or your iCloud password. Apple holds those — we only hold the RevenueCat customer record that links your Dripp user ID to Apple's anonymised transaction identifier.
